GA Smart Building is consolidating its presence in the industrial business park sector to meet the needs of companies and contribute to regional dynamism.
In a context where environmental transition and the digitalization of activities are reshaping business needs, business parks, which play a key role in both local and national economic vitality, are transforming to become drivers of competitiveness and growth, energizing employment areas and contributing to the reindustrialization of France.
True hubs of attractiveness, integrated into regional planning strategies, business parks provide a structured environment tailored to the needs of SMEs, mid-sized companies, or very small businesses operating in industry, craftsmanship, logistics, services, or retail. Generally located on the outskirts of urban areas or near major transport routes, they foster synergies among economic players thanks to their flexible infrastructure and their ability to pool certain services.
After delivering in 2024 the extension and modernization of Würth’s logistics platform in Montélimar and the Ardoines logistics hotel for Sogaris in Vitry, awarded at SIMI 2024 in the “Light Industrial” category, GA Smart Building is expanding its offer to meet the growth of the business park market and the new needs of SMEs, mid-sized companies, and very small businesses.
The Group has thus developed a property development offer for the creation of business parks, which rise over multiple floors to adapt to land-use pressures in the inner suburbs of Paris and other major French cities, or that expand over a single level throughout France.
The teams from GA Smart Building’s commercial real estate division, led by Marc Daumas, Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at GA Smart Building, will rely on the expertise of the GA Group and its off-site platform, as well as on that of Jean-Christophe Courné-Noléo, acting as a strategic partner.
I am convinced that business parks, as genuine urban structures requiring a high level of design, provide a response to the transformation, resilience, and development of the French economic fabric, and that the contribution of Jean-Christophe Courné-Noléo will allow us to put the Group’s off-site expertise at the service of France’s reindustrialization
As an entrepreneur committed to developing real estate for SMEs and mid-sized companies for over 30 years, I have seen the resilience of this market segment. With GA Smart Building’s expertise in industrial real estate and our shared culture of sustainable, low-carbon property development, I am convinced that we will quickly gain the support of both local stakeholders and user demand
